Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design for the Clinical Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale the Clinical design team, including structure and staffing
• Co-lead the Clinical Assistant strategy alongside Product and Engineering teams
• Champion human-centered design and ensure user trust in AI-powered clinical experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, with 5+ years in leadership roles within healthcare or regulated environments
• Experience designing AI-powered tools and strong UX patterns
• Familiarity with HIPAA, clinical workflows, and trust requirements in health tech
• Ability to mentor and influence design quality at a craft level
• Strong presence in executive forums and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
