Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts and direct multiple design disciplines to create exceptional consumer experiences
• Define design briefs, create strategic frameworks, and shape digital experiences in collaboration with product and content designers
• Conduct research to generate user insights that influence product development and mentor other designers

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital product design with a strong portfolio
• Experience in creating visual identities and interfaces that enhance product experiences
• Proven ability to establish inclusive design rituals and inspire team collaboration
• Deep understanding of design language evolution and brand expression
• Experience with AI prototyping tools and the ability to translate design intent into functional prototypes
