Key Responsibilities

• Shape the research process by defining scalable and repeatable practices across teams
• Run critical generative and evaluative research studies to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure research insights drive decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of UX research experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B contexts
• Expertise in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in shaping research culture and building processes
• Track record of working in fast-moving, data-rich environments
• Strong collaboration skills with design, product, and engineering teams
