Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in UX research, with independent study leadership
• Deep understanding of various research methodologies
• Experience in digital platforms, preferably in e-commerce or enthusiast communities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proficiency with UX research tools such as UserTesting and Figma
