- Provide leadership and mentorship to Experience Designers, ensuring consistency in user experience across products
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Ability to articulate the design process and lead teams through it
- Excellent visual, interaction, and/or service design skills
- Systems thinker with the ability to design for both digital and offline experiences
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and set vision for global products
