Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Producer to oversee the integration of hardware and software design for a seamless product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate hardware and software design to deliver a seamless end-to-end product experience
• Translate rider and operator needs into clear, actionable direction for design, product, and engineering teams
• Plan, organize, and guide projects from early concept through production

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years managing cross-functional design projects with hardware and software experience
• Deep understanding of design processes and ability to integrate them across disciplines
• Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Proven ability to influence without authority and turn ambiguity into clarity
• Strong organizational skills to maintain documentation of priorities and key decisions
