Key Responsibilities
- Lead design teams in strategy, concepting, and execution of brand and product storytelling
- Oversee creative strategy for international markets, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
- Mentor designers and maintain high creative quality across all channels
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Designer / Creative Director, preferably in retail/ecommerce
- 4+ years of experience leading and mentoring design teams on large-scale projects
- Hands-on experience with design systems for Web and CRM
- Familiarity with modern design and workflow tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience overseeing international creative operations, particularly in the UK and ANZ
