Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user research, preferably in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to apply a range of user research methods effectively
• Experience in scaling research practices and supporting non-researchers
• Hands-on experience with research repository tools like Dovetail
• Comfortable operating independently as a user research expert
