A company is looking for a Creative Operations Manager (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders, managing the project pipeline from planning to delivery
- Collaborate with creative leadership to build effective processes and drive project prioritization, scoping, and resource allocation
- Manage relationships with external resources, develop project timelines, and provide status updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of creative operations or project management experience in creative services, advertising, or marketing
- Proficiency in managing the end-to-end project management pipeline in a collaborative creative organization
- Ability to build and optimize effective processes
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts
