Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a senior design leadership role at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
• Proven success in building and scaling high-performing design teams
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact
• Experience in maturing design processes in a startup-to-scaleup environment
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and data-informed design
