A company is looking for a Creative Producer (Trends & Hooks Strategist & Competitors) in the beauty/skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Track new beauty/skincare trends across various social media platforms
• Analyze competitor strategies and iterate creatives using AI and production tools
• Generate and test performance hooks for creatives and deliver regular trend reports

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in creative production or performance marketing
• Experience with B2C subscription-based products, preferably mobile apps
• Strong ability to spot and anticipate trends in the beauty/skincare sector
• Hands-on skills with production tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, and After Effects
• Basic analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics like CTR and ROAS
