Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Associate to assist mental health providers in the credentialing process with insurance payors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the credentialing point of contact for assigned providers and insurance payors
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform primary source verification for licenses, certifications, and other required credentials

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in healthcare credentialing, particularly with Medicare providers
• Hands-on experience with primary source verification
• Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to work
• Motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and communication platforms
