Key Responsibilities
- Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial mailing and database tracking
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve processes and performance
- Resolve standard and non-standard requests independently while collaborating with the team
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of healthcare provider credentialing experience
- 1+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
- 1+ years of experience in researching government regulatory information
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
