Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner with an Illinois license.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while providing full-time patient care

Required Qualifications

• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• A minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience in women's health and treating chronic conditions
• Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider
• Active state license in two of the specified states, including Illinois
• High level of proficiency with technology and telemedicine experience is a plus
