Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medicare Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Medicare pharmacists and oversee prior authorization processes
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and develop workflow processes
• Manage team schedules and handle escalated issues from clients and providers

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience
• 2 years of experience in prior authorization in a PBM or health plan setting
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
