Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Orthopedic Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract and code medical records with high accuracy
• Review and correct coding denials and prepare reports as needed
• Provide training to physicians and staff to enhance coding outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with completion of a coding program preferred
• Certified Professional Coding Certificate required; COSC highly desired
• 4 years of experience in physician professional coding preferred
