Seasonal Organizing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for Fall 2025 Organizing Directors to manage and lead organizing teams for relational organizing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to the organizing team
• Evaluate and hire ROD and Community Organizer applicants
• Manage and lead a team of RODs and COs, fostering a supportive team culture

Required Qualifications

• Minimum experience in management
• Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively
• Experience in organizing or related fields is preferred
• Existing relationships in relevant states or fluency in a second language is a plus
• Availability to work the full duration of the program from September to November 2025
