Key Responsibilities
- Manage workers compensation claims, determining compensability and benefits due
- Develop and manage action plans for claims resolution and coordinate return-to-work efforts
- Negotiate settlements and ensure proper documentation and coding of claims
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Four (4) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
