Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and verify documentation for credentialing and recredentialing of practitioners
- Respond to provider inquiries and maintain timely communication with practitioners
- Enter data and perform research functions to complete the credentialing process within set timelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Must complete regulatory trainings within specified timeframes
