Clinical Documentation Manager (RN License Preferred)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Documentation Excellence, preferably with RN Licensure or CCS/RHIA/RHIT Certification, for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement work goals and priorities for the unit consistent with institutional objectives
• Monitor and coordinate programs while ensuring effective operations through process improvement
• Supervise staff, ensuring qualifications and performance expectations align with job responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred certifications include RN Licensure or CCS/RHIA/RHIT Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and controlling work processes
• Knowledge of financial management and budget preparation
