Manager of Rebates and Interconnection

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Rebates and Interconnection to oversee projects within the Home Energy System division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment processes
• Conduct business reviews with vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Build and lead a team of rebates/interconnection specialists to streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Demonstrated solar sales skills and results
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in team development and people management
