Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide triage case management for Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring appropriate medical care and facilitating return-to-work
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop initial case-management care plans based on gathered information
• Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the claim and document all relevant data in the system

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Florida RN (or Compact License) with a minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Preferred experience in Workers' Compensation and Case Management
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and various business software programs
• Ability to manage files proactively and maintain patient privacy in accordance with regulations
