Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee time recording and resource demands for project/program teams
- Provide project and resource support for selected projects and programs
- Coordinate and maintain timely and accurate Management Information (MI) for effective communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience with Power BI
- Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Project
- Minimum 2 years' experience with SharePoint
- Educated to degree level or holds equivalent professional experience
