Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lehigh Valley Canvass Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire canvassers
• Train canvassers in voter persuasion, mobilization, and volunteer recruitment
• Analyze canvasser performance and manage scheduling and transportation logistics

Required Qualifications

• At least one election cycle canvassing experience
• Familiarity with VAN or a similar voter database tool
• Experience directing a canvass or organizing on an issue advocacy campaign (preferred)
• Experience training others (preferred)
• Knowledge of the region and relationships with local organizers (preferred)
