Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and third parties to ensure a positive experience
• Manage a pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
• Guide borrowers from underwriting decision to funding, preparing loans for final review

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, HELOC, HELOAN, and Jumbo mortgages
• Knowledge of agency conventional underwriting product guidelines
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline effectively
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
