Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physician (MD/DO) - Acute Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions
• Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care
• Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MD or DO with Board Certification (EM, IM, FM)
• Comfortable with multiple EMRs
• Two years of experience
• Active license in NY, PA, or LA (nice-to-have)
• Telehealth or home-based care experience (nice-to-have)
