Licensed Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Wellbeing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to assess their wellbeing, emotional health, and safety needs
• Provide case management services and coordinate follow-up care for individuals and organizations
• Utilize clinical modalities to develop individualized action plans and facilitate access to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, or an RN with 3+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license
• Ability to work any 8.5-hour shift during business hours, with potential for occasional overtime
• Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet at home
