Job Summary
A company is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to support its Occupational Health efforts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medical/disability cases from initiation to closure, including assessment and coordination with healthcare providers
- Coordinate Return to Work/Fit for Duty exams and collaborate with healthcare providers regarding employee health issues
- Maintain medical records, track injury and illness metrics, and communicate health and safety issues to employees and management
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- 3-5 years of nursing experience required; 2-3 years in urgent care, emergency department, or occupational health preferred
- California RN license is a plus, but not required
