Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review prior authorization requests based on clinical criteria and plan design
• Collaborate with technicians and the PA team to process referrals and collect clinical/medical data
• Perform inbound and outbound calls with physicians, patients, and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacist license in state of residence
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, specifically in PBM or prior authorization
• Must provide own high-speed internet with minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
• Smartphone required for VPN access and a private work-from-home space
