Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers to address medication-related issues
• Ensure accurate medication distribution and fulfillment while maintaining compliance with legal requirements
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians in medication reconciliation and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current, active license in the state of CA
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, preferably with geriatrics or chronic care management
• Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics preferred
• Strong technical skills to navigate pharmacy software and propose operational improvements
