Key Responsibilities

• Interview homeowners to assess their financial hardships and payment capabilities
• Counsel homeowners on alternatives to foreclosure and assist with application processes
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide status updates on applications for assistance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to understand complex processes
• Comfortable using a computer and keyboard
