A company is looking for a CRM Associate to manage strategic initiatives within the CRM organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute CRM initiatives across Lifecycle, Transactional, and Batch programs
- Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, monitoring results and adapting programs as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, particularly in e-commerce focused programs
- Experience executing large-scale, highly personalized CRM programs with automation
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with various stakeholders
- Highly data-driven with the ability to analyze complex programs and derive actionable strategies
- Understanding of consumer mindset with a customer-focused approach
