Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Determine technical requirements and assist in onboarding .Net/C# Developers for customization
• Provide technical support to newly hired .Net/C# Developers

Required Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft background with .Net/C#
• Proven experience in CRM system development and management (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and related technologies
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines
