Technical Lead - Full-Stack Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Full-Stack Development & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable full-stack architectures and lead the technical roadmap for generative AI integration
• Build production-grade features and optimize AI model inference and deployment pipelines
• Lead and mentor a team, drive technical hiring, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and quality code

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with modern frameworks
• Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and at least one systems language (Go/Rust)
• Production experience with generative AI APIs and building agentic AI systems
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience, preferably in high-growth startups
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
