Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and deploying ML-powered products
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation and hybrid retrieval methods
• Strong background in scaling ML systems from prototype to production
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred
