Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of SREs for managed OpenShift services
• Drive adoption of AI/ML-assisted automation and observability solutions
• Manage high-visibility project delivery, including estimation, schedule, and risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing engineering teams
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCE, or Microsoft Azure
• 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with docker-based containers is a plus
