Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with product development teams to embed AI into the product development lifecycle and oversee pilot projects
• Establish AI governance policies and frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI use while monitoring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, ideally within regulated industries
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in manufacturing or product development environments
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI
• Strong leadership and change management skills
