Mechanical BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards
• Proactively identify missing or conflicting information and manage RFIs and RFCs
• Conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews and influence modeling strategies for effective collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering
• Over 5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
• Skilled in QAQC with experience managing project budgets and teams of modelers
• Strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and technical documentation
