Validation Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Validation System Test Engineer to plan, develop, and execute system- and component-level testing in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, methods, and automation to support validation sign-off
• Investigate test anomalies and prepare detailed reports, supporting root cause analysis and system-level issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to data-driven process improvements throughout the validation process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation engineering experience
• Proficiency with Inca and/or Puma, and familiarity with lab operations and equipment
• Experience with electrical, thermal, or chemical modeling/simulation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to program modifications
