A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback
- Review consumer inquiries/feedback to improve service and capture data for reporting
- Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
- Willingness to provide outstanding consumer service
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively
