A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback
  • Review consumer inquiries/feedback to improve service and capture data for reporting
  • Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
  • Willingness to provide outstanding consumer service
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively
