Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial aid applications and determine eligibility in compliance with regulations
• Provide financial aid counseling to students regarding aid availability, application processes, and eligibility requirements
• Analyze reports to ensure compliance and assist students in understanding changes in their aid status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in higher education, accounting, business, or customer service
• Ability to work with detailed information from various sources
• Experience with computerized office systems including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with minimal oversight
