A company is looking for a Customer Journey Consultant to enhance and redesign marketing campaigns through a customer journey lens.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate marketing requirements and recommend customer-centric solutions
- Influence clients on campaign strategy and execution as a subject matter expert
- Develop and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns based on data insights
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in database marketing, direct marketing, and/or performance digital marketing
- Basic understanding of creative fundamentals, including art direction and copywriting
- Experience in multichannel marketing is beneficial
- Interest in marketing technology (martech)
- Goal-oriented with a focus on delivery and deadlines
