Key Responsibilities
- Own customer lifecycle marketing across the funnel with clear goals and outcome-based roadmaps
- Design and ship multi-channel programs, managing templates, deliverability, and preference management
- Set up experiment frameworks, define success metrics, and build dashboards to quantify impact on key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years in lifecycle/CRM/product marketing for SaaS with measurable wins in activation, adoption, and retention
- Hands-on experience with modern lifecycle tools and implementing automated journeys at scale
- Ability to read and abstract from code/logs and collaborate with engineering teams
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with various teams including PM, Design, and Sales
