Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email templates, landing pages, and audience segmentation
- Build automated customer journeys for lead nurturing, retention, and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce
- B2B marketing experience (agency or client-side)
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) preferred
- Pardot certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
