A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer to conduct learning and development programs for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training for new and existing product users
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned products and assist with product launches
- Provide phone support, troubleshoot client problems, and mentor junior L&D specialists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in product training or a similar role
- Familiarity with web-based applications and a passion for technology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in providing high-level client support
