Cyber Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst II to protect enterprise data by detecting, preventing, and responding to data loss and insider threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and management of data governance and protection tools for compliance
• Collaborate on designing and refining data protection processes, including DLP rulesets and automated workflows
• Perform hands-on monitoring of SIEM/SOAR platforms and automate security tasks using scripting languages

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity focused on data protection strategies
• Proficiency in SIEM/SOAR tools and Microsoft security technologies
• Experience with data classification and regulatory standards such as GDPR and CCPA
• Ability to automate security tasks using Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience using Jira for task management and documentation in a collaborative environment
