Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join their cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion security throughout the software development lifecycle and integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Enhance and maintain the security of cloud environments and provide guidance on cloud security best practices
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline security operations and incident response processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity with a focus on application and cloud security
• Knowledge of web application vulnerabilities and secure coding practices
• Experience securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with security tools
• Experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST, and ISO 27001 is preferred
