Cybersecurity IAM Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity IAM Program Manager to lead and manage Identity and Access Management projects in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management and execution of IAM cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of IAM cybersecurity programs to ensure timely delivery and compliance
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certifications preferred
• 13+ years of professional experience with at least 6+ years in leadership and program management
• Proven experience in managing IAM cybersecurity portfolios and program financials
• Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework in cybersecurity program management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
