Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment using NLP and text analytics to extract insights
- Map customer journeys and correlate VoC data with operational metrics to identify improvement areas
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase
- Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English
