Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join their Revenue Cycle Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and performance gaps
• Monitor claims, denials, reimbursements, and payer performance through reporting
• Develop reports and visualizations to support leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data/Analytics, or equivalent experience
• 2-3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or data analytics
• Hands-on experience with claims analysis and denial management
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and visualization tools required
• Familiarity with healthcare RCM processes and technology platforms
